Cancelling an order
USPCA Pet Supplies strive to process your order after checkout so you can receive your goods as soon as possible. Once you have hit the purchase button at checkout we begin to process your order.
If you decide after checkout that you would like to cancel your order please call 028 3025 1000 or email petsupplies@uspca.co.uk
If you call or email within 24 hours your credit card will be credited for the entire purchase price and the cost of standard postage as long as you refuse delivery and “Return to Sender” when the order arrives. If you do not call within 24 hours to cancel, unfortunately we will not be able to refund your postage charges.
Shipping And Handling
What are the shipping and handling costs and where do you deliver to?
We offer Royal Mail Click & Drop 48 hour: £5.99 up to 10kg.
For larger orders to be over 10kg in weight, please contact us for a shipping estimate.
Some products are click & collect only at this time. We apologise for any inconvenience and hope to grow our delivery options soon.
Click & Collect
A FREE service available from our Centre in Newry.
Click & Collect customers will receive notification when their order is ready for collection via email. To collect simply pop into the Centre and speak to a member of staff on our desk (5-6 Carnbane Industrial Estate, NEWRY BT35 6QH)
Please bring proof of order and I.D.
We estimate click & collect orders will be completed within 24 hours; where this is not possible we will be in touch.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to process your order upon receipt and deliver within 7 working days. Parcels are packed Monday-Saturday 9-6. Orders processed after 6pm will be processed the following morning from 9am. Parcels are dispatched Monday, Thursday and Friday. Please allow 3-5 days for dispatch, but in busy periods this may be longer. We endeavour to complete your order as efficiently as possible.
Parcels will be delivered by Royal Mail 48 hour tracked shipping method only at this present time. We hope to add more options in the future.
